Juran Healthcare doesn't believe that every improvement project requires the robust tools that Lean and Six Sigma deliver. A basic tenet of quality improvement is to match the right technique to the right job. Sometimes, PDSA - Plan-Do-Study-Act - is the tool that is required, and we think we do it better than anybody else. Why? Because we include statistical methods and controls that uniquely enhance PDSA's effectiveness.
