Strategic Planning and Deployment

Juran Healthcare has extensive experience in working with health care organizations to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans that define the future of the enterprise. Through a unique set of tools that have been developed through extensive strategic planning facilitation, we will guide an organization to a greater understanding of its mission and vision, help the organization craft and shape mission and vision statements that resonate at all levels of the organization, and then help these same organizations translate these statements into monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

We also work with health care organizations to create deployment roadmaps that provide both management and staff with a concrete understanding of where they are going and how they plan to get there. Our deployment roadmaps not only align the mission and vision with the strategic plan, but also the strategic plan to performance improvement goals and projects, as well as to management incentives.
