The Nursing Academy for Change Leadership is a division of Juran’s training services. Juran's 30 years of knowledge and expertise in training and consulting provide a solid foundation for this unique offering to healthcare professionals.
The Academy offers two unique workshops for Nurse Executives and Nurse Leaders.
Change Leadership for Nurse Executives is custom designed for Chief Nursing Officers and/or Nursing Executive Directors who want to lead change and manage more effectively in their organizations. Nurse Executives will participate in a unique learning experience focused on real organizational challenges with support from an Executive Change Coach with healthcare knowledge.
Change Leadership for Quality and Patient-Centered Care includes the first-ever certificate program that combines the skills of change leadership with quality tools and techniques needed to drive innovation and transformation in healthcare.
The workshop offers a blend of interactive and facilitative learning experiences including classroom sessions, a Nursing Performance Assessment™, performance improvement tools, webinars, and virtual learning modules.
In addition, action-learning projects will allow participants and teams to solve real organizational problems with support from a Juran Executive Change Coach experienced in healthcare issues.
