Juran has conducted benchmarking programs in the Oil and Gas Industry since 1995 and is now able to benchmark facilities throughout the entire hydrocarbons value chain including onshore and offshore processing facilities, onshore and offshore pipelines, storage and loading terminals (marine and inland), FPSOs, fuel storage terminals, LNG regasification plants, gas transmission systems, refineries and petrochemical plants.
Juran provides both internal (within the same organization) and external (competitive) benchmarking programs.
Our well proven methodology enables comparative analysis of performance, even between disparate facility types, through the application of our normalization process using the Juran Complexity Factor®. The findings from our benchmarking programs form a key input to many of our clients’ long term planning process, enabling them to improve performance year on year.
